In 2009, Duilio Picchi, an architect from Bergamo who is particularly well known for his technical expertise, was contacted to advise on a property for sale.

It is always dreams that shape the world, and his dream was to create a place of excellence dedicated to the cult of the guest, in a magical setting, a sort of return to the origins, to simplicity linked to nature.

He buys it and immediately starts renovating it with the intention of sharing this vision with all those who need to escape from the chaotic urban life, stripping away the superfluous and surrounding themselves with the sounds of primordial tranquillity.

Duilio personally takes care of the design and transformation of the property into an accommodation facility, investing all the experience he has gained over the years, transferring to it his own soul and taste, to mould in his own image and likeness that dream that made his heart beat at first sight.

In 2013, the WONDERFUL AGRIBIORELAIS IN THE HEART OF BERGAMASCO was opened to the public. Balance, sustainability and charm are the values that have guided the renovation of the entire structure.

Ten hectares of forest, olive grove and vineyard - cared for with passion and determination following the rules of organic farming, respecting the natural rhythms and eliminating as much as possible human intervention, so as to return genuine products, able to enhance the characteristics of the territory. Balance, sustainability and charm are instead the values that have guided the restructuring of the entire structure.

Being a small structure, the client is able to experience the structure as if he were at home but in an oasis of peace and relaxation surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods.
